PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and swaggersquared.com.au e-gift certificates.

SWAGGERSQUARED.COM.AU E-GIFT CERTIFICATES

Customers may use their swaggersquared.com.au e-gift certificates to pay for items from the Swagger Squared store. You will have the option of entering your e-gift certificate code during the checkout process. In the event the value does not cover the total cost of the order, the customer will need to provide their credit card information to cover the remaining balance. In the event that the order total is less than the value of the gift code, the remaining gift code balance will be available for future purchases.

LEAD TIME

All pieces are handmade in my home studio in Bassendean, WA, Australia.
Please allow a 10-15 day turn around for items to be made and shipped. Some items are ready to ship.
As all pieces are handmade and therefore unique, they may vary slightly, this does not deem any piece as faulty or defective.
Colour appearance may vary depending on your monitor settings.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

We currently offer flat rate $9.95 and free shipping on orders over $150 within Australia.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post from Western Australia and can take up to ten working days. 
Items are posted via Standard Post and come with tracking.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
EXPRESS POST - Australian customers can also upgrade their shipping to Express Post during checkout.
Swagger Squared cannot ship to PO Boxes. However, we can ship to Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect. Please provide your 10 digit Parcel Locker/Collect number and the associated address.
Swagger Squared will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to your parcel once it's left our care.
 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders are shipped via Australia Post or DHL and come with tracking. Shipping generally takes between 3-12 business days, depending on location.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Any fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country of origin are the buyers responsibility. Please email hello@swaggersquared.com.au so that we can establish the best way to proceed.
Swagger Squared cannot not ship to PO Boxes.

TRACKING AN ORDER

You may check the status of your order by signing into your account by clicking on "ACCOUNT" and review your order history. You will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number once your order has shipped. Australia Post will send you email notifications on the status of your order. If you have any questions regarding your order please email hello@swaggersquared.com.au

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Purchasing the correct size is the responsibility of the buyer. In the event the products you purchase are not the correct size, an exchange may be possible if your item can be resold. Postage for the return and the resending of items is the responsibility of the buyer, unless your return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All merchandise must be in its original condition with the original sales tags attached. Any items that have been worn, altered, or washed are not eligible for return. If you need to return an item, please email hello@swaggersquared.com.au with your order number and details/photos about the product you would like to return within 72 hours of receiving your item. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note that all SALE items are final and no returns are accepted.
